Each response will either fill-in information, or add or remove terms to make it consistent with your needs. 

Each optional term will have a brief description explaining what it means. Understand each clause and select only those that relate to your needs - more is not necessarily better. 

You will be notified prior to submission to ensure that the information entered is correct. However, if you notice that there is an error that needs to be revised,  please reach out to us using our Contact Us page for assistance. 

As our Contracts are custom curated for each individual, exchanges or returns of contracts are not permitted after the sale has been completed.
